Our Trip to Utah

First we drove... for 14 hours... in just one day... with only 3 stops.  Fortunately, everyone traveled very well.

We went to a dinosaur museum and park which the kids loved.

...Except when the dinosaurs made scary noises....

And we had fun playing at the park there.

We also went swimming, which Lexie thoroughly enjoyed.

For our 10th Anniversary Justin's mom graciously offered to watch our kids for a super-date.  We went out to dinner and to a movie on the night of our anniversary, then the next day took a day-trip to Provo where we first met.  We walked all around campus to see all the things that have changed in the past 9 years since we were there, hiked the Y, and went out to lunch.  It was a fantastic way to celebrate our anniversary!  Thank you, Liz, for taking care of our girls for so long and letting us have a great anniversary!

And the blog post just wouldn't be complete without sharing this last picture of the bird that hit our car on the drive home.  With how hard we heard it hit, we were grateful that it didn't dent our car or break the window!  At the next gas station Justin cleaned it all off with a squeegee. (I'm not sure the small picture does the grossness justice!)
